I have a question! I actually used that time shift thing, and at the end there was a poll! Do you know if 1, 2, 3, or 4 meant that it was great? (I assumed that it was asking for a rating LOL)

Did you make sure you were logged in? Sometimes I forget to log in and I’m freaking out because my video won’t load, haha. Otherwise that sounds like it might be an internet connection problem. Usually you need a pretty solid connection to watch Nico Nico programs ^-^
